What is the most BTUs i will be able to get out of a radiator that is fed via a 10mm pipe from a 15mm pipe?

Thank you for your enquiry.

What ever size pipe you use does not effect the output of the radiator.

The btus are calculated by the size/surface area of the radiator and the temp of the heated water coming into it.

Unfortunately we do not cut the tap holes in the bath, but your plumber/installer should be able to do the job for you.

Im wondering weather you have a slim cylinder less in width ie; less than 47ocm . even less in water ie; 180L.
