Connections to Towel Rail

A question regarding AJMH1260WF (MaxHeat Straight Heated Towel Rail 1200mm High x 600mm Wide White)

Hi,
Im interested in the MaxHeat Straight Heated Towel Rail (1200x600) and had 2 quick questions if I may.
1. Its not shown in the photo, but I presume the central heating connections are at the bottom of the ladder rail?
2. In the schematic diagram, the pipe centers appear to be 560 apart, whereas in the spec table it states they are 550. Could I check which is correct please? (Im looking to replace an existing towel rail with 560 pipe centres).

Thank you for your enquiry.

The tapping are at the bottom of the towel rail and the centres are 550mm.
