Fan Assembly

Hi, I have a old boiler, Potterton Puma 80. My problem is the Fan doesnt switch it off even the boiler is not calling for hot water or heating you have to switch it off the main electric to switch off the fan.The boiler work find only the fan cannot switch off.Do you think I have to change the Fan or the Main board (PCB).Thank you so much jerry
