Size of boiler?

A question regarding 22002 (Heatrae Sadia Amptec Electric Boiler 6kW C600)

I have a holiday home in Greece and looking for an electric boiler to supply under floor heating. The property size is 160 square metres, detached with ceiing height of around 2.6 metres. There is already an existing cylinder for independent DHW. I am considering electric for ease of installation of LPG or Oil. Any help on the size of boiler necessary would be helpful.
