Although the manufactures offer long guarantees on their cylinders, that is little consolation with ruined ceilings and walls, claims to the insurance company and getting a plumber to come out straight away to replace the cylinder.
If only there had been away to catch the water and vent it safely to the outside - like the overflow on the toilet cistern....
The Cylinder Tray provides peace of mind and an early warning against a complete structural failure of the cylinder allowing a home owner to obtain a plumber who can carefully drain and replace the cylinder without doing further damage to the interior decoration of the house.
