The Duchy Sapphire Combined Sauna / Steam / Shower Room will make a striking addition to your bathroom - providing a luxury and healthy place to relax and unwind. This design incorporates separate entrances to the Sauna and the Steam/Shower Room. What's more - the sapphire units split allowing you to arrange the sauna and the steam/shower room side by side or in separate corners of the room.
One Superb Luxury feature is the remote control. You'll be able to turn on the shower, the deluge shower head and/or the massage jets even before you get into your relaxing steam / shower cubicle.
Furthermore - if you insist in being contacted by telephone when relaxing (why?)- this unit also has a telephone socket on the back to ensure you never miss a call.

| Use warm soapy water, Cif cream cleaner or Domestos multi-surface cleaner |
| Fix dripping taps - this stops scale and limescale build-up |

Assembly - Duchy Sapphire Steam Room
The Duchy Sapphire Steam and Sauna Room is a Freestanding Unit and should not be built into the room. This ensures quick and easy access to the unit for servicing and installation. One Great feature of this steam room is the ability to install it somewhere else in you home after initial installation. The Duchy Sapphire Steam Room can be separated into 2 units.
Electrical Connections - Duchy Sapphire Steam Room
- A 16 AMP electrical supply is required for for this steam room to work
- This unit is supplied with an RCD (Residual Current Device) reset switch on the unit flex
- This steam room can be wired via an I.P. 56 Socket wired directly to the consumer box
- WE RECOMMEND USING A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN
Plumbing Considerations - Duchy Sapphire Steam Room
Both Hot & Cold water supplies must be of high pressure. (minimum of 9 litres per minute per water feed - combined LPM of18). The unit requires a supply pressure of 2.5-3.0 bar, typically provided by a:
- 1: Combi Boiler
- 2: Pressurised Pump,or
- 3: Pressurised Cylinder
Pipework must be recessed to allow the finished unit to sit flush against the wall. Use full bore water lever ball valves for
hot and cold supply to enable quick and easy shutoff of the supply. The unit comes pre-connected with a flexible waste hose fitting. This flexible hose can be connected to the rooms built in waste pipe and exit.
Tiling Considerations - Duchy Sapphire Steam Room
Prior to installation it is recommended to tile both behind and below the unit, including a clearance around the unit to avoid “building in” and the unnecessary moving of the installed steam shower.
