 Fat, Oil and Grease Separator Systems
eparator systems are designed specifically to prevent fat, oil and grease (FOG) entering the drainage system particularly in commercial premises such as commercial kitchens, fast food outlets etc. Where no separator system is in place this FOG can build up in the drainage pipes causing blockages that are very expensive problems to resolve.
A separator system slows down the flow of water allowing the FOG to collect in the chamber and therefore only clear water can enter the drain lines. The FOG can then be removed from the separator system manually or by using a grease-digesting enzyme such as Edincare’s Biofax solution. There are many different sizes of separator systems to suit all commercial premises and we also offer Biofax grease digesting enzyme and dosing systems to provide the complete package.
