Gledhill Building Products has launched a new range of unvented domestic solar cylinders in stainless steel, to complement its market leading range of copper cylinders. The Gledhill StainlessLite Solar is so called because, despite the exceptionally high tensile strength of the Duplex material, it remains significantly lighter and easier to handle than alternative stainless cylinders. The heat exchanger on Gledhill StainlessLite Cylinders uses corrugated tube, giving a 20% faster recovery performance, metre for metre, compared to plain tube. Gledhill StainlessLite Solar and Gledhill StainlessLite Twin Coil Unvented Cylinders are not only lightweight, but they have the fastest reheat times and the lowest heat loss of any Hot Water Cylinder available!
