The Heatline INDIRECT Unvented Stainless Steel Cylinder works just like any ordinary domestic Indirect hot water cylinder; but they do not require a feed and expansion cistern in the house.
Cold water enters the cylinder through an inlet control group regulating the pressure to 3 bar and so protecting the cylinder from over pressurisation.
A filter is also fitted at the inlet control preventing any unwanted material from entering the water supply. A non-return valve is also fitted preventing back flow from the cylinder - this complies with the water regulations.
Water can be heated either electrically in a direct cylinder or indirectly by means of a boiler. The coils in the Heatline unvented cylinder have been designed to ensure maximum heat transfer providing hot waterin a quick an economical way.
Monitoring of the water temperature can be achieved through thermostats, ensuring you have water at the right temperature whenever you want it.
