AQUA-DEC WAS DESIGNED TO AVOID JOISTS
All Aqua-Dec's have been cleverly designed to ensure the gully avoids the joists in most circumstances. The Wet Room Floor Former can be rotated to achieve this. In most traditional building layouts, the joist positions have 400mm centres.

Impey Aqua-Dec Floor Former Suitability:

	TIMBER/WOODEN FLOORS The Aqua-Dec is ideal for most timber and first floor situations. To fit the Dec, an area of the floor boards is removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the Dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the edges of the Dec in preparation for the flooring to be laid.
	CONCRETE FLOORS On concrete floors the Aqua-Dec can be let into the concrete screed and when the pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor. The flooring can then be laid over the entire bathroom floor and over the newly installed Dec.

	HORIZONTAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR TILED FLOORS Choose Option Tray with DSS1/H waste in product options tab to select this waste. A horizontal outlet system that is supplied as standard with the Impey Aqua-Dec. This waste has an overall depth of 126mm. It has a height adjustable stainless steel top with 50mm water seal and is suitable for floor tiles between 6mm and 26mm in depth.
	VERTICAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR TILED FLOORS Choose Option Tray with DSS1/V waste in product options tab to select this waste. A vertical outlet water trap commonly used in modern buildings where the waste pipes are contained within the building itself. This waste has an overall depth of 215mm. It has a height adjustable stainless steel top with 50mm water seal and is suitable for floor tiles between 6mm and 26mm in depth.
	HORIZONTAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR VINYL FLOORS Choose Option Tray with DSS3/H waste in product options tab to select this waste. A horizontal outlet system that is supplied as with the Impey Aqua-Dec when using vinyl flooring in your wetroom. This waste has an overall depth of 130mm. This waste has a stainless steel top and clamping ring for vinyl flooring with 75mm water seal.
	VERTICAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR VINYL FLOORS Choose Option Tray with DSS3/V waste in product options tab to select this waste. A vertical outlet water trap commonly used in modern buildings where the waste pipes are contained within the building itself. This waste has an overall depth of 180mm. This waste has a stainless steel top and clamping ring for vinyl flooring with 75mm water seal.
