The Impey Level-Dec Wet Room Floor Former 1700mm x 1700mm is the original level-access shower floor former. The all-in-one moulded shower floor has a built-in gradient so it can be fitted in most locations with most floor types. LEVEL-DEC CAN BE CUT TO LENGTH
If you plan to fit your wet floor shower in an alcove or specific location but cannot find the correct length, then the Level-Dec Wet Room Floor Former can be trimmed up to 30mm in most cases.

LEVEL-DEC WAS DESIGNED TO AVOID JOISTS
All Level-Dec's have been cleverly designed to ensure the gully ensures the joists in most circumstances. The Wet Room Floor Former can be rotated to achieve this. In most traditional building layouts, the joist positions have 400mm centres.

All Level-Dec Floor Formers are a solid core product which means it is far tougher and more rigid than the competition. Years of development, a LIFETIME warranty and two national awards are a testament to the design of this product.

Impey LD9 Floor Former Suitability:

	TIMBER FLOORS The Level-Dec, being 22mm thick, is ideal for most timber and first floor situations. To fit the Dec an area of the floor boards is removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the Dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the edges of the Dec in preparation for the slip resistant vinyl floor covering.
	CONCRETE FLOORS On concrete floors the Level-Dec can be let into the concrete screed and when the pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor. The vinyl flooring can then be laid over the entire bathroom floor and over the newly installed Dec.
	FLOATING FLOORS Remove chipboard flooring and insulation. To prevent chipboard movement support the edges of flooring with timber. The support will also carry the Level-Dec which is eventually fixed to it after plumbing has been completed.The vinyl flooring is then installed over the entire bathroom floor.

HORIZONTAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR VINYL FLOORS
A horizontal outlet system that is supplied as standard with the Impey Level-Dec. The WSF1(H) consists of a Solos Dallmer water trap and the excellent Impey trap-a-dapta which allows easy and versatile installation and is perfect for wet floor shower adaptations. When assembled the the enitre package measures only 128mm in depth, while other benefits include a 50mm water seal and two part installation which ensures perfect alignment.

Level-Dec can be supplied with a WSF1V Waste

VERTICAL GRAVITY WASTE FOR VINYL FLOORS
A vertical outlet water trap commonly used in modern buildings where the waste pipes are contained within the building itself. The package consists of a Solos Daller vertical outlet trap and the excellent Impey trap-a-dapta, which has proved to be the most versatile wet floor waste system in the industry. The system is easy to assemble and produces perfect results for wet floor adaptations. The entire package measures 215mm in depth and has a 50mm water seal.
