Thermoset is a generic term for plastics which chemically alter during the moulding process; most importantly they remain stable and in a fixed state once they are moulded.
These toilet seats are manufactured from Urea Formaldehyde, which is very dense, strong, durable and hardwearing.
Urea Formaldehyde has the additional benefit of containing natural hygenic properties.
