Uniquely designed spoon allows those who could not ordinarily feed themselves to achieve independence. Five moving parts and counter weights keep the spoon bowl level no matter what the child’s arm position or level of tremor preventing food spillage.
A hook and loop strap on a built-up handle eliminates the need for a strong grasp. Ideal for users with Cerebral Palsy, head injury, Muscular Dystrophy and any type of tremor or lack of co-ordination. The spoon’s 142g (5oz.) weight gives added propioceptive input for children with PDD and SI problems. Black hook and loop strap included. The Bowl is a youth teaspoon size.
Dishwasher safe up to 104ºC (220ºF). Latex free.
