This floor standing, energy-saving combi, is very good news for the environment and excellent news for specifiers, developers, installers and consumers alike. Up to an incredible 97% of the gas consumed by a new Greenstar Highflow 440 condensing boiler is converted into heat for the heating and/or hot water system. Other types of boiler achieve around 80% efficiency. Therefore, compared with a new regular boiler, a Greenstar Highflow 440 can cut heating and hot water bills by between 15-20% - and it’s up to 30% cheaper to run than an older boiler.
