Xpelair PREMIER LVDX200T Centrafugal Extractor and Condensation Control Fan 220-240 Volts 50 Hertz is part of the amazing Xpelair range of extractor fans.
This safety extra low voltage (SELV) version of the premier range fan is ideal for use in shower rooms and bathrooms. This 12V fan unit can be safely installed above the spray area of a bath or shower in zone 1 and zone 2 wet areas with the transformer located "out of zones".
The Maximum range performance is 15 to 30l/s (Litres Per Second)
