Dual Temperature Sensors
The first senses the ambient air temperature around the valve head (as found with conventional TRVs).
The second, located at the base, senses the temperature near the radiator flow pipe.
This allows a temperature offset to be calculated, resulting in improved control accuracy.
Child-Friendly and Tamper-Proof
The eTRV is suitable for use all around the home - and is safe even for use around children.
The tamper-proof design of the eTRV means that you can have complete peace of mind after installation.
Includes adapter rings
Most thermostatic radiator valve heads can be replaced by the eTRV thanks to the adapter rings that come included.
The existing TRV valve body is retained and eTRV is supplied with two sizes of adaptor rings 28mm and 30mm threaded, to prevent the need for changing most TRV valve bodies.
Long-Life Battery with Energy Saving Features
2 x 1.5V LR6 - AA Alkaline Batteries are included with the eTRV. These batteries will typically last over 2 years, depending on the amount of use.
The low power circuitry helps prolong the life of the battery within the eTRV.
Choice of Temperature Settings
The choice of settings improves comfort with a choice of daily temperature settings (off, low, economy and comfort).
These presets allow for the easy temperature and comfort control within your home.
