How Our Price Match Guarantee Works

Find the same product elsewhere on the internet for less money, then simply call our sales team on 0844 855 3222 and press option 1 for sales. Inform the sales team that you have found the same product on another website. You will need to supply our sales team with the web address for us to check. We will endeavour to offer a better deal.

Price Match Exceptions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not include internet auction sites. The product must be exactly the same as we are selling. Please bear in mind that some other sites don't always tell you about their delivery charges or handling fees.

How our Price Match is calculated

The calculation for Price Match purposes is:

The cost of the product on our site (including VAT) PLUS our standard delivery charge of £5.99 per order.

When comparing the HeatandPlumb.com total cost with other websites the same calculation of total cost plus delivery is used.

We will endeavour to price match the total cost and, where possible, endeavour to offer a better total price.
