Air Source Heat Pumps - New air source heat pump from Trianco

Heating solutions company Trianco has beefed up its highly acclaimed air source heat pump for a new 12kW version.

The new model is more than twice as powerful as its closest antecedent the 5kw model and is indicative of the increased demand for environmentally-friendly heating solutions.

Its increased capacity will enable it to power a central heating system which incorporates up to nine radiators - making it ideal for family homes and for small businesses.

Trianco technical director Stuart Shillito told buildersmerchantsjournal.net: "Air source heat pumps operate at lower average temperatures - around 40ºC - which make them ideal for underfloor heating.

"A renewable heat source that works at lower temperatures is seen by many installers as the way forward."

Air source heat pumps are just some of a range of Trianco products stocked by Heat and Plumb including the brand's acclaimed range of energy-efficient boilers.
