Bathrooms - Agassi outs germs on bathroom doors

Bathroom doors that open outwards are more hygienic than those than open inwards, according to tennis star turned interior design guru Andre Agassi.

Along with his wife and fellow ex-tennis player Steffi Graf, the star was recently asked to help design a resort in Idaho called the Fairmont Tamarack, City AM reports.

When asked at a lunchtime meeting with investors what kind of details and features he wanted to incorporate into the house, the famously obsessive Agassi said that push to open bathroom doors would be a priority.

His reason? It seems that handles on bathroom doors "are covered in germs".

Said City AM: "You can take the boy out of California..."
