Bathrooms - Big Brother bathroom announced

Details of the house that will be used in the upcoming series of Big Brother have been unveiled and reveal a stunning new bathroom.

The Big Brother 9 house will feature a mix of luxury and Spartan surroundings, with the housemates forced to share beds in a dormitory, with uncomfortable mattresses and thin blankets.

However, they have more luck with the design of the bathroom.

Although described by the Sun as "garish" and "bling-ridden", the bathroom offers a touch of luxury missing from the bedroom, with a large swan tap feeding a large bath, which is surrounded by flowers, gold statutes and blue velvet sofas.

The bathroom has also been built next to the living room, with a source telling the Sun: "There's a huge window between the bathroom and the lounge, so you'll be able to see everyone."

Big Brother 9 will hit UK screens on June 5th, hoping to beat the average of 3.8 million viewers it attracted with the last season.
