Bathrooms - Court action secures bathroom time

If getting to spend time in your bathroom is becoming a problem, seeking a court order could be the answer.
That was the course of action taken by a woman living in a shared apartment in the Russian city of Kemerovo after she became fed up with the amount of time another occupant was taking in the bathroom.
Zavodskoi district court discovered the apartment's residents were simply unable to come to an arrangement about use of the bathroom between themselves, reports Interfax news agency via the Moscow Times.
As a result the court ordered them not to occupy the bathroom for periods of longer than 20 minutes, although a court spokesman admitted there could be a snag with that plan.
"It is unclear so far how the marshals are supposed to check whether the residents have gone over their limit in the bathroom," he said.
A study published by the Daily Mirror suggests men may need more time than the court's limit in their
bathrooms, as they are said to spend an average of 40 minutes a day on the loo.
