Plumbing - Course for self-build and property renovation

An event will be hosted at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre for those considering adding value with renovations.

The centre, in Swindon, will offer expert advice to budding property developers who want to add value to their homes through projects such as DIY and bathroom extensions, reports Buildingtalk.

Attendees of the Developing for Profit Weekend will receive seminars on make money through self-build projects and renovations which improve the kitchen, bathrooms and other features of a property.

Tim Doherty, managing director at the centre, told the publication: "The Developing for Profit Weekend is a great place to prepare for your first or your next project and get all the right advice and information to ensure your property project makes a profit."

All aspects of self-building will be covered in the seminar, with plot selection to design to choosing the builders, while the renovation course will examine common mistakes and how to maximise investments.

The Developing for Profit Weekend is running on June 20th and 21st.
