Renewable Energy - Eco-home auctioned on eBay

An eco-home in the upmarket environs of Venice, California, is being auctioned online with the proceeds going to charity.

The newbuild Project7ten house is on sale now on eBay.com at £1.5 million, with the auction set to end on January 14th.

All profits from the sale are to go to the non-profit organisation and environmental body Healthy Child, Healthy World.

Among the property's green features are a rainwater recycling system and solar panels on the roof to generate sustainable energy.
