Underfloor Heating - Myson launches new underfloor heating products
22/08/2007
Myson has launched a new range of sub-floor heating products aimed at those working to a tight budget.
The Underfloor Heating (UFH) packs are for water-based heating and are available in 20 and 40sqm sizes, with the 1/72mm dimensions of the piping making it ideal for use in smaller areas, Myson claims.
Tom Conway, Myson underfloor general manager, said: "Myson UFH zone packs are ideal for
kitchens,
bathrooms and conservatories. Not only does a warm floor give you a warm room, it also frees up more space for cupboards, cabinets or simply creates a minimalist look."
Further features of the packs include a "unique" new two port mini manifold and additional anchor clips to assist secure fixing.
Among the benefits offered by
underfloor heating compared with wall-mounted systems are that it is quieter, and does not dry out the air in the room - keeping humidity in the air 12 per cent higher than in conventional systems.
