Boilers - New Baxi training website22/05/2008 Boiler manufacturer Baxi has unveiled changes to its website to help professionals with their training. Improvements to baxigrouptraining.com mean that installers and heating contractors will find it easier to locate a training centre near them and book their place on a course. Details of all the firm's courses can be found on the website, in addition to maps and directions to help trainees make their way to the centre. To further improve the service, the boiler firm has added an enquiry form to the site, with a ten per cent discount being offered on any course booked through the feature. Steve Owen, national training manager at Baxi, commented: "The website has been designed so that all course information is readily available at the click of a mouse. "We appreciate that installers are busy, and need to be able to find what they are looking for quickly and easily." Baxi has eight training centres spread across the UK and offers courses in the installation of the latest heating systems, including some renewable energy sources. One hands-on course from the firm - Boiler Diagnostics - teaches attendees techniques to identify and remedy a range of problems with various types of boiler.  |
