Vaillant helps mum save money - and environment

A Chiswick mum has boosted her home's energy efficiency and cut her heating bills by investing in a Vaillant boiler.
Kimberly White, who has a three-week-old baby, told the Daily Telegraph that she installed the Vaillant ecoTEC boiler after her family's original boiler broke.
She described the change that the new boiler brought as "remarkable".
"Staying at home with the new baby means I need to have the heating on all the time at the moment, but despite this our bills have already fallen by ten per cent," she told the paper.
The Energy Saving Trust states that 60 per cent of a home's carbon emissions are the result of its boiler and upgrading to a more efficient model could save up to 875 kilograms of CO2 and £110 each year.
It also notes that if new heating controls are added to the boiler, the annual savings could increase to as much as £230 and 1.7 tonnes of CO2.
According to government figures, the Vaillant ecoTEC plus 937 is the most efficient boiler on the market, with models from Glow worm and Baxi also featuring in the top ten.
