Tank was delivery fine on Friday as promised. I was most impressed with the delivery driver, he called on Thursday to confirm he would be around 12 ish on Friday and that he would call again when he was nearby. He called again on the Friday as promised and I was able to meet him at the house. He helped me carry the tank in and was full of useful advice on how to install it. Nothing seemed too much trouble and it was a real pleasure.

Having been in customer service most of my working life and becoming heartily sick of the 'Hi I'm Cindy how may I help you' syndrome which usually ends at that point, how refreshing it was to be helped by your sales advisor Charlotte this morning. Not only did she do her best to contact the manufacturer regarding my kitchen sink, but she took the time to ring me back to let me know that she had been unsuccessful and would try later. Although the news that my kitchen sink was not going to be in stock for another 2 weeks was not welcome nevertheless I appreciated her efforts and was gratified to know that this level of customer service WAS still in operation.

As you may or may not recall, the order was slightly confused due to an error on my part- i didn't realise radiators are by convention, always described by height first then width, I of course got this round the wrong way, but this was dealt with by Mike Casey and the correct item was delivered, unfortunately it was damaged and I had to arrange a replacement- something which i was dreading. I was relieved to get home yesterday and collect the item from my neighbour and find that everything had gone smoothly yesterday. I now have a replacement item in perfect condition and the right size, due to your patience and diligence. Once again, many thanks for your time and assistance.

I wanted to say a big 'thank you' for all your efforts last week to ensure that this order (in my partner's name of Pickard) was delivered. As you know, I had encountered some difficulty earlier in the week trying to get a delivery date but you spent quite some time on Wednesday 5th September chasing the suppliers and most of the order was delivered as promised on Friday.
