I feel it's very important to let people/companies know when they are getting things so right, the general public are quick to jump on people when something's wrong and after many years managing staff within the service industry myself I know what it means to receive positive feedback about your team. Hello there, just a thank you for the service provided. I was delighted to find that from the time the order was placed until delivery, four working days later, I was always informed of progress, the product arrived punctually, in excellent order, well wrapped and protected. One can almost never say that of most services one receives nowadays. Thank you and well done. Sadly, I ordered it to use the inner workings to replace my Daughters old tap, without having to pay exhorbitant tradesmens rates to strip out all the under sink plumbing to access the whole tap change. My fault, obviously the inner workings have been changed since her house was plumbed and I cannot swap them over. Oh that I was as efficient as you. Ha ha ha.

As you may or may not recall, the order was slightly confused due to an error on my part- i didn't realise radiators are by convention, always described by height first then width, I of course got this round the wrong way, but this was dealt with by Mike Casey and the correct item was delivered, unfortunately it was damaged and I had to arrange a replacement- something which i was dreading. I was relieved to get home yesterday and collect the item from my neighbour and find that everything had gone smoothly yesterday. Having been in customer service most of my working life and becoming heartily sick of the 'Hi I'm Cindy how may I help you' syndrome which usually ends at that point, how refreshing it was to be helped by your sales advisor Charlotte this morning.
