Great product very pleased.

After an initial confusion in the delivery of the product with no explanation note from.the driver on where he had delivered it...I eventually found it 2 hours later..rather annoying as the plumber was waiting for it to ve located and very embarrassing for me. In the end, he installed our new Swan style kitchen taps and we are very pleased with the look and quality. Thank you. Your customer service team are great but if the communication fm the driver to them is not present than they cannot do their job. (Right hand needs to talk to left hand scenario) Thank you heat and plumb.com
