Q: Why should I place an order with you?


Because we are one of the longest-running websites in this industry, with infrastructure like no one else. We boast a team of 50+ members of staff, each with specific roles to help your order progress from placement to completion with no hassle. No other company has the ability to keep you updated and informed as quickly as we do.

Q: How do I place an order with you?


You can place an order with us in 2 main ways: via our website or with one of our technical sales advisors via phone. For more information on how to place an order with us, visit our Place an Order help page where you will receive step-by-step instructions.

Q: Am I eligible to place an order with you?


We serve all public and trade customers and cover the entire UK. You do not have to be a tradesperson or hold an account with us in order to buy. However, we offer trade and customer account facilities which will make placing future orders even easier! As long as your delivery address is in the UK, regardless of where you are based yourself, you can place an order with us!

Q: How can I pay for my order?


If you're placing an order on our website, we offer 2 main payment methods; Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. We also offer a Telephone Sales service where a member of staff can take your card details over the phone. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer. Q: Do you offer discounts on large purchases?


We already offer our products with hefty discounts off the Recommended Retail Price, allowing you to make incredible savings. We often run promotions that allow you to save even more by using a discount code. We also offer a Trade Account service; we recommend signing up to this service if you're looking to make large and/or multiple purchases.

Q: Do you deliver all over the UK?


We offer free delivery to the majority of the UK mainland on all of our products, except for a small number of product ranges (clearly labelled in the shopping cart). For off-mainland locations such as the Channel Islands, we may be able to arrange delivery for a surcharge. For larger items to off-mainland locations, we are able to deliver to various ports throughout the country. Q: How long will my order take to deliver?


As well as sending items from our own warehouses, we may use carefully-selected distribution partners to deliver your order. Each product on our website is clearly labelled with an estimated delivery time. In some cases, you are able to choose a specified date to receive your delivery. Due to our use of multiple suppliers and distribution centres, there may be occasions where your order is split across multiple deliveries. Q: Can I arrange a specific time for delivery?


We use a number of distribution centres, carriers and suppliers; all of whom operate slightly different policies on time slots, AM and PM, and even weekend delivery schedules. Q: Do you have a catalogue?


Our website is our catalogue! We are adding new brands, ranges and products every single day, and a printed catalogue would not be able to showcase all of our 50,000+ items. Take a look at our Brands page where you can see offerings from hundreds of the biggest names in the industry. Most of these brands are able to supply a printed catalogue for their product ranges.

Q: Can I order something not listed on the website?


Whilst we attempt to showcase our entire product range on our website, it would be impossible to list every single item we are able to sell. If you are looking for a price on a product we don't sell, please give us a call. We will be more than happy to quote you on small or large projects.
