product great, after service ridiculous.

All the products have been lovely but ordered wrong basin with the vanity so wanted to exchange it.(came in 2 boxes)This firm does not exchange! they wanted me to send complete vanity, both boxes returned at my expense and then re-order again! I ordered the basin off another site with postage saved.
