Great to be able to talk to someone instaed of having to use chat

Firstly it was great to be able to talk to someone instead of having to use chat as I had to use when returning two previously defective trays supplied by Victoria Plumbing. The tray arrived well packed and although I have not removed the protective film from all of the tray yet as I am still tiling and want to avoid adhesive and and grout getting onto the tray but what I have removed from the rim looks good excellent customer service I was able to talk to someone before buying about the product who was very helpfull and actually got a call and email from Pooja checking that it had arrived in good condition. Although this tray was more expensive it was better quality and came with a JT trap that fits the trap hole.
