Verona Castello Brushed Brass Basin Taps Pair
Separate hot and cold pillar taps are how a period basin was always meant to be dressed, and the Castello pair makes the case well. Each tap has a bell-shaped body with a collared waist, a low bow spout that reaches out over the basin rim, and a crosshead handle finished with white hot and cold indices. The brushed brass finish lends the solid brass bodies a warm, softly grained look that flatters traditional ceramics, while the internals are thoroughly modern - quarter-turn ceramic disc valves move from off to full flow in a quarter turn, with no rubber washers to perish and cause drips.
