The most common type of unvented cylinder is indirectly heated by a boiler, with direct models heated by immersions. Solar models have the addition of a solar coil. Often commonly called a Megaflo, most unvented stainless steel cylinders contain the same parts as the Heatrae Sadia model, but are available at a far better price. We advise customers not to pay over the odds for their hot water cylinder!
