The Maxxus Wet Room Former Kit, 1000mm x 1000mm, 7sqm Tanking Liquid is an all-in-one wet room former kit that can be installed and ready to use in as little as 1 hour. The Maxxus former will comfortably sustain a load of 75 stone over 400mm (16") joists without deflection - meaning no underboarding is required and the former can be installed directly on to the joists. Also included in the price is the patented Minimax drain - at only 70mm deep the unique product has a no-odour trap without a water seal. Supplied with a Granfix tanking kit for waterproofing, the ML930 kit is just as suitable for first-time DIYers as it is for trade professionals.
