The statement piece of the Cubo collection, this freestanding mixer stands on the floor beside the bath as a single square chrome column, rising 887mm from its base plate to the spout assembly at the top. It is the answer for freestanding and back-to-wall baths with no tap holes at all: the water comes up through the floor, the column does the rest, and the bath keeps its clean, uninterrupted rim. At the top sit the lever-operated ceramic disc controls, the projecting square spout, and a matching handset on a flexible hose for rinsing - the flow diverts between spout and handset as needed. Because the water has to climb the best part of a metre before it reaches the bath, this model asks more of your plumbing than the rest of the range: it needs a genuine 2.0 bar minimum, so check your system before you fall for it.
