Verona Galleria Matt Black Basin Mixer Tap
The Galleria basin mixer is built on a quiet contrast of shapes: a slender round column, a crisp rectangular blade of a spout, and a smooth cylinder of a handle turning on top. The matt black finish absorbs light rather than bouncing it around, so the tap sits composed against white ceramic, stone or concrete-effect surfaces alike. Beneath the finish it is solid brass, controlled by a quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridge - a short, precise flick from off to full flow, sealed by ceramic plates instead of the rubber washers that traditional taps slowly wear through. At 182mm tall with a 116mm spout reach, it is proportioned for a standard basin, holding the spout around 104mm clear of the deck.
