Stylish Tap with a Design Flaw

This tap looks good and feels well made. However, the tap lever occasionally unscrews during regular use. While easy enough to tighten, this shouldn't be happening with a product that otherwise feels so well-engineered. Frustrating issue that detracts from an otherwise good product. Stylish and functional, but could use a fix.
