Good seat , arrived on time

This was a replacement as the original soft close mechanism stopped working (after approx 2 years) There were cheaper sellers, but their reviews were not good so bought here at a bit higher price. The delivery arrived on time, and we were kept up to date throughout the process. Even the delivery guy was friendly! Seat works fine, easy to replace. Only issue with the seat was that it had a sticker on it and took quite some time to get the sticky residue cleaned off.
