Bought to go with Hudson Anthractite Reed Revive Double Designer Vertical Radiator - perfect match! Been in situ a few months now and seems to be working as it should. First item that was sent was slightly marked but a quick call and email attaching photo to Anna Smith, Customer Services Supervisor and replacement arrived next day - amazing service! Thank you! Pre-sales service has always been excellent, but this is the first time I had to report a faulty item - no need to have worried the after sales service is also exemplary. Communication with Heat and Plumb is always efficient with opening times 7.00am - 10.00pm offering flexibility when you are working full-time. I have been purchasing various items from this company for 12 months now and will continue to do so.
