Wetroom Granfix 8k Liquid Tanking Kit

The Wetroom Granfix 8k Liquid Tanking Kit used to provide a flexible waterproof membrane (tanking) before tiling over with a flexible bag-powder (cementitious) tile adhesive. A 2-coat application will protect even when cracks up to 1mm open in the substrate.

Product Features

• Suitable for flat or vertical surfaces made of any material
• Compatible with under floor heating and ready for tiling with no further preparation
• Apply Flex Tape along all joints, wall/floor join and vertically up internal corners and bed into Granfix with brush
• Allow it to dry overnight or flash off 3hrs before apply second coat at 90 degree
• Can clean your tools and brush with water
• Covers 10m2 in two coats
• Suitable for domestic kitchens, bathrooms, showers and commercial applications
• Suitable for use in internal locations, where water will drain from the floor surface with a slight fall
• Applied by roller or brush in two coats at 90 degree, tape sandwiched in between
• Unsuitable for areas where there is continuous water immersion like a swimming pool
• Apply up wall 500mm - 1000mm and onto floor in wetroom only
• Compatible with UFH
