I have bought 2 of these back in 2016 and recently bought another 2 since then although from a builders merchant, with that said, the 2 toilets I've bought back in 2016 are still holding up today and therefore only maintenance that only needed doing to them was the float operated valve in the cistern started causing a loud noise which was vibrating the cold supply going to the cistern. The pipework was clipped in so it had to be a diaphragm washer issue in the float operated valve in the cistern since it did not make the vibrating noise before, with a new diaphragm washer, it was like new, no more noise, therefore that was the only repair needed. Did the same to the other cistern as well and both work well the same day they were fitted. The syphon is dual flush so hold the handle for less water and press and let go for full. Also a slow closing seat can be added to the WC pan if the original plastic one isn't any good however for myself, a Bemis slow closing seat suited and works well with the Option close coupled lever flush WC suite. Highly recommend.
