Hari is the Managing Director of Pioneer Bathrooms, the parent company operating HeatandPlumb.com since 2012.

Hari has over 15 years of experience in the online home improvement sector. His journey began with the creation of the successful Durab brand - an affordable collection of bathroom furniture and ceramics - giving him deep insight into product development, manufacturing, and supply chain logistics. From this foundation, he later acquired HeatandPlumb.com, a growing retailer in the bathroom space.

Beyond his retail expertise, Hari is a seasoned entrepreneur, with ventures in the telecoms, food and manufacturing industries. A dedicated philanthropist, Hari is highly involved in non-profit enterprises, providing support to community kitchens, food banks, and homeless shelters through food and charitable donations. Hari is proud to participate in many local and international charity events, with strong ties to the local Shree Swaminarayan Temple in Stanmore.
